Troy Animal Rescue Project will be hosting Downtown Adoption/FUNrasiser Sept 20th, downtown on the square in Troy, AL. There will be T.A.R.P. dogs available for adoption from 11am-3pm, and Milky Moo’s will be donating 50% of their homemade ice cream sales to Troy Animal Rescue during this event.
