Alzheimer’s Resource Center’s “A Walk to Remember” at Westgate Park. Registration begins 7:30am, team pictures 8am, opening ceremonies 8:30am, and the walk starts about 8:45am.There will be 1- 3- and 5-mile walks for people of all ages to participate. Book/Music Swap beginning at 10am at Saint Andrew’s Market, 193 S. St. Andrews. Join us for our first book & music swap which allows you to exchange for new ones. Admission is $10 with bag/box of books, CDs, or records/vinyl to be exchanged. It is a 1 for 1 swap. All books are welcome, including children’s books (Please no pornography). Wiregrass Antique and Collector Car Show at Landmark Park from 10am-4pm hosted by the Wiregrass Antique and Collector Car Club. Visit one of the largest car shows in the Wiregrass region with approximately 200 cars on display, ranging in age from “T” models to custom classics. Adults $5; children $3; and free for members. Foster Fest is held every third Friday May through October from 6-9:30pm. This is a free downtown evening celebration with street vendors, live music, antique cars and much more.
